Northwest Crossing
TNW has supported multiple phases of site development within the Northwest Crossing area on Bend’s west side, contributing to the buildout of one of the city’s premier mixed-use communities. Work has included comprehensive site preparation and horizontal infrastructure construction, including clearing and grubbing, excavation and embankment, and installation of water, sanitary sewer, and storm systems. Additional improvements have encompassed footing excavation and backfill, curb and sidewalk construction, aggregate base placement, and paving—delivering complete, development-ready sites across multiple phases of the neighborhood.
