Discovery West – Multiple Phases
TNW has completed multiple phases of residential site development within the Discovery West development on the west side of Bend, supporting ongoing buildout of this master-planned community. The scope of work has included full site preparation and horizontal infrastructure improvements, including clearing, grading, utility installation, and paving across multiple phases. The most recent effort, Phase 10, is scheduled for completion in 2026, continuing the phased delivery of residential lots and associated public infrastructure.
