SW Reservoir Drive Improvements
The SW Reservoir Drive Improvement Project transformed a key east-west corridor between SW 39th Street and Helmholtz Avenue into a modern, multi-modal roadway serving growing neighborhoods. Scope included reconstructing the full roadway and replaced aging underground utilities—including gas, power, communications, water, storm, and sewer—while adding new pavement, curbs, sidewalks, bike lanes, retaining walls, lighting, signage, and fencing. Delivered through careful phasing and strong coordination with nearby residents and businesses, the project minimized disruptions.
