Southeast Area Plan (SEAP) Pump Station

Southeast Area Plan (SEAP) Pump STATION

As part of the City of Bend’s Southeast Area Master Plan, this project expands critical sanitary sewer infrastructure to improve system capacity, efficiency, and long-term serviceability within the City’s Urban Growth Boundary. The improvements support future development throughout the Southeast Area and adjacent properties. Working as a civil subcontractor, TNW installed new sewer and water infrastructure, including gravity sewer lines at depths reaching 37 feet. The team also coordinated the installation of a 130-foot, 42-inch steel casing bored beneath existing high-pressure gas mains. Throughout the project, TNW strengthen its partnership with the General Contractor and the City of Bend, contributing to the successful delivery of essential infrastructure for the region’s growth.
