Northpoint Vista Phase 1 Infrastructure
The Northpoint Vista Phase 1 Infrastructure Project includes construction of public infrastructure along NE Kingwood Avenue in northeast Redmond. Work consists of roadway and multiuse path improvements; sidewalks; utilities including water, sewer, and pressure sewer systems; storm drainage facilities; and associated site development. A separately awarded phase includes construction of a new wastewater pump station, incorporating civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls systems to support the area’s growing collection system.
