City of Bend Public Works Campus
The 35-acre campus includes three main buildings: a three-story cross-laminated timber headquarters, warm vehicle storage facility, and a fleet maintenance shop. As a partner on this Progressive Design-Build project, TNW’s civil scope included more than 15,000 CY mass excavation/fill, 10,500 CY joint utility trench excavation, and 120,000 LF of drilling for blasting to ready the site for construction. TNW crews completed 870 LF of full roadway and utility construction (Talus Place and Cooley Road extensions), and an additional 975 LF of gravel access road with sewer pipe installation.
