Heavy Equipment Operator Job Overview – Oregon Equipment Operator Jobs

Under the direction of the foreperson, heavy equipment operators will be responsible for operating several types of power construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner. 

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining, fueling equipment and notifying supervisor of equipment repairs
• Preparing required documentation accurately and timely
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of equipment and product technology
• Perform assigned tasks in a safe, timely, accurate and efficient manner observing all safety laws, policies and rules
