Neff and Purcell Intersection Improvements
This urban intersection reconstruction included construction of separate left-turn lanes, new southbound and westbound right-turn lanes, wider shared-use paths, signal upgrades, street lighting, ADA curb ramps, and sidewalk improvements to improve safety and mobility through the intersection. Work included significant utility coordination and relocation; maintenance of traffic for all modes of transportation; maintaining business, delivery service, and emergency service access; and public outreach with several stakeholders including nearby schools and medical facilities.
