Project Gateway / Costco Development
This phased 52-acre site development project included excavation and processing of over 850,000 tons of rock—with 700,000 tons being reused onsite—in less than nine months. The work also involved construction of three new public roadways, major utility coordination and installation, and full site improvements including paving, sidewalks, and ADA ramps. Through close coordination with the general contractor and stakeholders, areas were prioritized as needed to facilitate building scopes, City inspections, on-time delivery of irrigation work to ensure spring startup, and continued access to nearby businesses.
