Juniper Ridge
TNW has delivered multiple phases of site development work within the Juniper Ridge industrial area in northeast Bend, supporting the City’s long-term buildout of a 500-acre employment and industrial district. Across these phased projects, TNW’s scope has included mass grading, roadway construction, and installation of backbone infrastructure—water, sewer, storm, and dry utilities—to transform large tracts of raw land into development-ready industrial sites. The work has supported subdivision of large parcels, extension of new streets and utility corridors, and coordination with ongoing public and private development, including major facilities like the City’s Public Works Campus.
